1. Terms and conditions on subjects of application

  Having a valid enterprise registration dossier

 Taking different procedures in accordance with the regulations is adopted, subject to each type of activity.
  

E.g: The trade promotion activities: 

1. Enterprises organize trade fairs and exhibitions are subject to registering at the Department of  Industry and Trade where trade fairs and exhibitions are expected to be held. Registration has to be completed by October 1st of the year preceding the organizing year of fairs and exhibitions.

2. Department of Industry and Trade confirms in written form the registration for organizing trade fairs and exhibitions of traders, organizations related to commerce no later than November 1st of the year preceding the organizing year of fairs and exhibitions.

3. In the case that 2 or more traders organize a trade event that has the same name, theme, time, and place, the Department of Industry and Trade will carry out a consultative conference to choose which businessman has the right to organize the registered event.

4. In case the consultative conference does not reach a compromise, the Department of Industry and Trade shall decide to confirm the registration for a trader or an organization related to commerce to be allowed to organize trade fairs & exhibitions based on the following:

a) Results of similar trade fairs or exhibitions executed before;

b) Capability to organize trade fairs and exhibitions;

c) Experiences in organizing trade fairs or exhibitions of the same name, theme or similar trade fairs or exhibitions;

d) Assessment of relevant industry associations.
  

5. Within 30 days since the end of trade fairs or exhibitions, traders and organizations related to commerce must send a report to the Department of Industry and Trade on the results of organizing trade fairs and exhibitions according to the contents registered at the Department of Industry and Trade.

2. Registration record for organizing trade fairs & exhibitions

   Registration documents for organizing trade fairs and exhibitions. Contents of registration include: names and addresses of traders and organizations related to commerce that organize trade fairs and exhibitions; names and themes of trade fairs and exhibitions (if any); time and venue for trade fairs and exhibitions; expected scale of trade fairs and exhibitions.

  Copy of Business - Investment Registration Certificate, Decision on Establishment, or other Decisions of equivalent validity according to legislation.

  Evidence proves the quality and titles of goods and services displayed in trade fairs and exhibitions; the prestige and titles of traders, organizations, or individuals are in accordance with names and themes of trade fairs and exhibitions (if any).
